Eligibility
- Pass the medical exam and attain no-criminal record certificate
- Meet the minimum level of the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 in all four categories in either English or French, which is equivalent to IELTS 5
- Get a letter of support from a business incubator
- Bring enough money to settle

Program Highlights
- Get your work permit for you and your whole family within 4 months
- Get the Permanent Residence for you and your whole family to Canada in 12-18 months
- Enjoy residentship welfares in Canada for you and your whole family, including the education for your children
- Managerial roles or experiences is not a prerequisite for this program
- Relatively low assets requirements and
- You can live in any province or territory other than the province of Quebec
- You can skip investment in Canada
- You can build your business when you are outside Canada
- You can apply for the work permit and permanent residence when you are outside Canada
