The EB-5 Regional Center Operators TSX project is located in Times Square, New York City, and includes 661 luxury hotel rooms, an 18,000 square foot high-definition billboard, a 1,700-seat Palace Theater, 30,000 square feet of dining space including the largest outdoor terrace in Times Square. The project’s construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, and its value is expected to reach $3.6 billion once stabilized, giving enough confidence to the US immigration fund that the project will be able to repay on time.
Over 660 hotel rooms
This is the first ever place in Times Square to combine physical and digital art galleries/ immersive experiences. In this exhibition space, artists and brands can create customized digital immersive experiences for their fans and consumers.
It features over 30,000 square feet of public areas, including two restaurants, a member’s club, a tranquility lounge, and a 10,000-square-foot outdoor deck area with panoramic views of Times Square.

- Pre-approved projects
The TSX Broadway project has received a “sample” approval from the US Immigration Bureau I-924 and 140 investors have been approved for the I-526 application, prior to the issuance of the new law in 2022. Based on the previous I-924 approval, an I-956F project approval application has recently been submitted and a receipt has been obtained, allowing all new TSX Broadway investors to immediately submit an I-526E application. Based on the previous successful and stable construction progress, and the project expected to be completed in 2023, we believe that investor visa applications will be approved soon.
- TEA certification
As the Wave Spa project is located in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) and is eligible for reserved category visas, the application process is faster. Under the current policies of the U.S. Immigration Service, there is currently no waiting list for any country, and you can obtain U.S. residency within 120 days at the earliest.
- Financing completed
The project has secured a senior loan from Goldman Sachs, a global financial institution with a current market capitalization of over $125 billion. Additionally, the developers have invested over $1 billion in cash equity in the project to date, indicating their confidence in its success.
